REBIRTHING BREATHWORK

Edward and Prema started the first Rebirthing Group sessions on Koh Phangan, Thailand in September 2014.

They have guided several thousand people through this process.

Important information before

The whole session will take about two and half hours, and will start with a 30 minute introduction talk (which is free, anyone can attend).

Rebirthing should always be around 1 hour for the breathing part and 30 mins dropping into stillness (integration phase), and then time at the end to feed back and ask questions if one feels too.

Please bring water, a sarong, if you have one and a willingness to be open to whatever may happen or arise, this is a powerful transformative process.

Be sure to have a good night’s sleep the night before.

Often the collective energy of a group Rebirthing Session can make it very powerful.

Hearing someone going through a powerful process can give you permission to go there too. And often the intensity of the group energy can assist in any release that may happen.

We focus on creating a safe container to experience to allow a deep and powerful process. We like to have small, intimate groups, with a maximum of 12 people, to maximise individual attention.

I went with an open, but skeptical mind, and lots of suppressed emotion, to my first breathwork session. In that very first session, and many others with Prema and Edward over the following weeks, I experienced some of the most profound emotional releases of my life. More old trauma and recent grief was unblocked, aired and settled in two weeks of breathwork than in years of therapy and spiritual practice beforehand.
